You should update your profile if:
- There is a change in your contact information, such as your address, phone number or email address.
- You begin using additional Ceridian solutions or if you are no longer using a Ceridian solution.
- You would like to change your password.
- You are not seeing links for your Ceridian solutions under "My Product Support Information." (See No Products Listed under My Product Support Information.)
To update your profile:
- Log in to the site. (See Logging In/Logging Out.)
- Click My Profile.
- Make any necessary changes to the form:
- Most fields on the Profile form are required.
- Updating Your Email Address Be sure to provide an accurate email address. Should you ever forget your site Username and/or Password, you can receive a reminder email via the address in your profile.
- Updating Your Password You may update your password at any time. Your password must be at least six (6) characters long. Your Username and your Password may not be the same. Some suggestions for selecting a Password:
- Use a combination of letters and numbers
- Do not use a word or number that others would know, such as your birth date, phone number, or employee number
- Do not share your Username and Password with others. If multiple users from the same company will be using this site, each user must register separately and use his or her own Username and Password.
- Updating Your Product Selections
- If you are a Ceridian customer or client, be sure to indicate all of the Ceridian solutions you're currently using by clicking the box to the left of each of your Ceridian products. To deselect a product, click on the box to remove the check mark.
- If you use a Ceridian Payroll System (Signature®)-based payroll product, you'll also need to provide your Customer No./ID. (The letters in your Customer No./ID must be entered in ALL CAPS.) If you don't know your Customer No./ID or are unsure of where to find it, click here.
- If you use Ceridian's Tax Service, you'll also need to provide your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN). If you don't know your FEIN or are unsure of where to find it, click here.
- Click Submit to complete the update.
- On the Profile Update confirmation page, click Continue to return to My Support page.
