Forgot Username/Password

This is a handy feature if:

• You cannot remember your username and/or password.
• You are trying to log in and are receiving the "Username doesn't exist" or "Password doesn't match username" error messages.

To have your username and password sent to you via email:

1. Click Forgot Password in the Login box on any page.
2. Enter your email address (must be the same as the email address you entered during registration).
3. Click Submit.
4. Check your email - your username and password should arrive within a few minutes.

Troubleshooting Forgot Password
If you receive the following error message: "Sorry! We could not find a username and password associated with the email address..." the address you entered does not match the address you provided during registration. Try entering your email address again. If you continue to receive the message, you might have entered your email address incorrectly when you registered on this site. Please Contact Us to correct the issue.

If you receive a message that you were found, but you do not receive a reminder email, it's possible that yyour email system is using filters (SPAM blockers) which are blocking the password reminder email we send to you. To fix this, add web.team@ceridian.com to your email contacts list and try submitting the form again. You may also send an email to web.team@ceridian.com and a member of the Web team will send you your login information.
