Why to Register
Please note that www.myceridian.com provides support and training information for HR/payroll/benefits administrators only. If you need to access information about your personal benefits or payroll information, please see the "help" links in the right-hand column of this page.
If you are an HR/payroll/benefits administrator and a Ceridian customer or client, you must register and log in to this site to:
- Access online support information for your Ceridian HR/Payroll product
- Access training and year-end information for your Ceridian HR/payroll product
- Post or respond to posting on a Ceridian message board, to communicate with other customers using your Ceridian HR/Payroll product
- Access the email support function, if available, for your Ceridian product
- View news and information from your local Ceridian HR/Payroll office
- Access information about Ceridian customer-only events
All of this information is delivered to you on My Support Page, a page that is personalized just for you.
How to Register
- Click Register Now in the upper right-hand corner of any page. Registration on this site is secure. If you are unable to access the registration page, your browser may not support secure pages. Please contact your company's IT or network support department for more information.
- Complete the entire form. Most fields on the registration form are required in order to complete your registration.
- Email Address: Be sure to provide an accurate email address during registration, because:
- Once you submit your registration, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
- Should you ever forget your site Username and/or Password, you can receive a reminder via the email address you provided when you registered.
- Selecting a Username and Password You may select your own Username and Password for logging in to this site. Both must be at least six (6) characters long. Your Username and your Password may not be the same. Some suggestions for selecting a Username and Password:
- Use a combination of letters and numbers
- Do not use a word or number that others would know, such as your birth date, phone number, or employee number
- Do not share your Username and Password with others. If multiple users from the same company will be using this site, each user must register separately and use his or her own Username and Password. Please note that the Username and Password you select for this site may only be used on this site. It will not provide access to other Ceridian Web sites and applications.
- Be sure to indicate which Ceridian solutions you're currently using. This determines what links will be available to you once you log in and access My Support Page. At the bottom of the form, click in the box to the left of each of your Ceridian solutions.
- If you use a Ceridian Payroll System (Signature®)-based HR/payroll product, you'll also need to provide your Customer No./ID. (The letters in your Customer No./ID must be entered in ALL CAPS.) If you don't know your Customer No./ID or are unsure of where to find it, click here.
- If you use Ceridian Tax Service, you'll need to provide your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN). If you don't know your FEIN or are unsure of where to find it, click here.
- Click Submit to complete your registration.
- You will then be able to log in to the site.
